Shayna is a coach, consultant, advisor and management expert.
She was born, raised, and currently lives with her partner in the San Francisco Bay Area, on the ancestral and unceded land of the Ohlone people.
Shayna has 25 years of non-profit work experience, including 15 years in senior leadership positions at the ACLU Foundation of Northern California.
From the practical to the strategic, Shayna provides leaders with the high-quality support they need to do their jobs. She is intuitive, flexible and focused, asking questions, engaging in deep listening, and supporting clients through day-to-day challenges.
Shayna is an associate of Lisa Hoffman - Coach, Consultant, and Zen Priest.
In addition to her work, Shayna enjoys reading, card writing, nature walks and neighborhood walks, and meals with family and friends.
Shayna earned bachelor’s degree in public policy from Mills College. She holds a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Education from BoardSource and became a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching.
